(WASHINGTON, DC – C-FAM) a present report through the Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) for the European Union (EU) has called for binding EU laws that will equalize the legal status of hitched heterosexual couples with that of same-sex and opposite-sex partners across European countries. Additionally advises policies targeted at “promoting presence of homosexuality along with other sex identities” and criminalizing homophobia through “hate criminal activity” legislation.
FRA contracted writing of this are accountable to a combined group called FRALEX. FRALEX is approximately the exact same group as the now defunct EU “network of separate fundamental liberties professionals, ” a group that has been commonly criticized for hoping to get the us government of Slovakia to abrogate a treaty with all the Vatican that offered conscience protection for health practitioners reluctant to undertake abortions.
The European Parliament asked for FRA’s viewpoint in drafting an innovative new EU legislation, known as a directive that will prohibit discrimination according to “sexual orientation” in work, training, social protection, medical care, and usage of products or services. 阅读更多
